Fruity Cards using Calypso

Hello Friends!

I took a week off to enjoy some family time and celebrated my Mom's 70th birthday with a surprise party! Yes, she was very surprise! But she loved seeing her family and siblings there! I was also busy getting updates and fun news during our National CTMH Convention in Orlando! I can't wait to share our exciting new products and the new catalogs with all of you! 

Today, I am sharing my July card class projects. I love these cute little fruity cards! These were so much fun to create!

My customers will make 5 of each card. That's a total of 15 cards!

Enjoy Summer Layout using Calypso

I don't normally post artwork on Monday's, but I finished this card today for a Club member and thought it would be fun to send a little sunshine to your week! 

I LOVE pineapples! When I first saw this paper I immediately became addicted! Lol The paper is so much fun to work with! Make sure you order yours for all of your Summer events and pages!

I put the white paper through my Cuttlebug and turned it once and put it through again. This gives a checkered pattern.

Pear shape was cut 2 3/4 and white shape was cut 2 1/2 on page 31. Pineapples are on the same page. Stamp set shows the cutting measurements.

I am so happy it's Summer! (Well, almost!) I love the Summer months and these fun pages are getting me excited for our upcoming vacations! Lol

Happy the day after Memorial Day!

Here it is! My Happy Times layout #2! I just love how sweet and simple this layout turned out! It's amazing how one pack of paper can turn into so many different projects! 

For the flowers, I turned the pink and gold floral paper over and stamped second generation stamping using the Pomegranate ink pad.

"Card Trick" page 86

"D" was cut at 2 3/4" and lowercase letters were cut at 2 1/2". 

I cut gold strips from the gold and white paper. I made my banners using this.

The pink flowers were second generation stamping using the Pomegranate ink pad. You stamp the first color off and use the second color for your flowers! So pretty!
