Sending Smiles Quilt Card
Hello Crafty Friends!
I am excited to share this fun card with you all! The square die-cut give this card that quilted beauty! I love the stitching on the edges! You will have hours of fun creating different patterns, colors, and designs for this card design! This is a great card to use up some of your scraps that are just laying around!
Here's the instructions to make the card:
1. Cut 3 squares each of 4 patterns using the 1 1/2" square die.
Lay them out on your table and so you can create a pattern for easy assembly.
Cut a piece of white or colored cardstock @ 3 7/8" x 5 1/8".
2. Lay each square on top of each other, leaving a 1/8" space in between. The pieces you cut will finish the edges and corners.
3. After you have finished adding all the pieces, turn your quilt piece over and fussy cut all edges.
4. Cut a colored piece for the card base @ 4" x 5 1/4". Glue to the card front. Glue the quilt piece on top of the colored cardstock. Cut a label from the Sweet Words and Labels dies and stamp Sending Smiles in the basic black stamp pad. Pop out a black small butterfly from the Floral Flights Accents. Using the dimensionals pop out the label in the center of card. Glue butterfly to the top right above sentiment. Add Array of dots to label and around sentiment.
