"You are my Sunshine" Starburst Card using Zoe

Hello Crafty Friends! 

I would like to share another Zoe creation with you! I created this sweet card using the new Zoe paper packet.

I used the starburst technique on my card. You can view tutorials on YouTube for instructions or view my Confetti Wishes Cards here on my blog for details. I am in love with this technique!! So fun!!
