Hogs and Kisses Treat Holder

Image
Hello CTMH Friends!   I can't believe January is almost over! Time went by so quickly since the holidays! Today, I would like to share a cute little treat holder I made using a regular large mailing envelope! These are perfect for kids, friends, family, grandparents, and neighbors! Super inexpensive and fun to giveaway! My friend Lynn Darda shared this envelope idea with me recently! Thanks, Lynn! :)   Isn't that little pig just the cutest?!! Here's how I made the treat holder:   First, I took a long mailing envelope and cut it on one end to create my bag. So there's no confusion, one end was already cut off in this pic.   Second, I cut 3 1/2" off the end. You can create two bags with one envelope!   Third, you will now lick or dampen the envelope to seal it shut.   This is the back of the envelope. I didn't cover this one with paper yet so you could see what the back looks like. You...

Hello! Welcome to the Seasonal Expressions 1 Rose Blossom Blog Hop! Thank you for stopping by! You may have hopped from the Rose Blossom Legacies and the blog from our amazing talented leader, Brenda Rose or you may be starting here. Just follow the links for some awesome creative inspiration! Enjoy all the creativity from our brand new Seasonal Expressions 1 catalog!  I really, really love the Chelsea Gardens paper and stamps! I fell in love with them the second I saw them! These papers are getting me excited for Spring! I wanted to create a pretty layered card using this paper and that gorgeous butterfly from the Chelsea Garden - Cardmaking stamp set . I used the Basic Circles thin cuts to create a circle frame. I placed the large circle thin cut on top of a piece of charcoal cardstock and placed the medium circle inside of the large circle and then ran it through my Cuttlebug. This creates an opening in the center. The butterfly was stamped with the Black Ar...

Cats and Bats Halloween Treat Holders and Tags

Image
Hello~  Thanks for visiting my blog today! It has been awhile since I have posted anything! I have been super busy with family, classes, and creative projects. I am excited to share these cute treat holders and tags with you today! The small little bags are for Hershey nuggets. These are adorable! You just glue a nugget on the bottom of the bag. I have made the folded treat holders for as long as I can remember! I have made and created different sizes. The 6x6 is my favorite size to use for small treats. I hope you enjoy the instructions on how to make the folded treat holder! Here you go: Cut your B&T paper 6x6. Fold the paper corner to corner. Fold the top of the paper to the bottom. Take each corner and fold in. Making sure you use your bone folder for this step. Glue down each side with strong adhesive.  Now take the top (black paper) and glue down over the front of the holder. Now you've created a treat holder! Add...
