These cute cactus and flowers are perfect to use with watercolors!  I had so much fun blending and matching colors! Hello Crafty Friends! I have been invited by Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge to be a guest designer for their Sketch #223. I am very honored!    Here is the Sketch Challenge #223. My card was designed from their Sketch.  I encourage you to participate in their Sketch Challenges. They have some amazing Sketches and it's always fun to try new designs and challenge yourself!  Here's their website: atlanticheartschallenge.blogspot.com When I was asked to be a guest designer and saw their Sketch, I knew exactly which paper and stamps I was going to use for my card. Since it's Summer time the No Worries papers are perfect for what I had in mind. I am sad to see these gorgeous papers and stamps retire soon! I used the rustic wood grain paper from No Worries for the background of my card. For the clouds I used a cloud stencil. Hello! Thanks for visiting my blog today! I am so excited to share a fun card I created for the CTMH Convention Consultant Creative Showcase that was held the end of June! This was such a fun and colorful card to create! I will post some of the other cards and layouts that I shared at the showcase at a later time. I love to save my scraps, especially the ones from the paper packets! You can create many beautiful projects by using up some of your leftover scraps!  Here I used strips of paper that I had leftover. I used wider and smaller strips. Just play with these and you'll be surprised what you come up with! The possibilities are endless! I used the water coloring paints on the cactus and small flower at the top. I had fun mixing the colors to match the paper! Have fun creating your own special type of cards!
